I met a saleswoman when I first walked into the store and she helped me immediately. The store had my favorite running shoe in stock in my size. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, probably less than 10 minutes. I liked that she didn't try to sell me anything else. I'll be back.

I appreciate that the sales staff are also product users, and have an understanding of how to recommend products and work with the customers to identify their needs and recommend products to match. As a runner who has specific, defined preferences in shoes (drop, road/trail feel, toe box height, etc.) it is important to have a sales person who “speaks the same language”.
