Katherine helped me when I visited your Oro Valley store. I wear Altra Torins for walking because I need zero drop, wide toe box shoes to accommodate my orthotics. She told me they were on sale and knew that Altras ran small. She found a pair of Torins in the size that best fitted me. I couldn't be more pleased and comfortable with my shopping experience. Katherine was professional, friendly, and attentive to my needs. Employees like her will keep me coming back to your store.

Service is great. I wear 2 different size shoes. They found the odd size within a matter of days. When I got to the store, they had one shoe for each size and gave me a considerable discount on them. They keep aa record on me and know what I need.

I have a problem foot and I appreciated the fact that the gal who waited on me listen to my problem and put me in a shoe that was comfortable. She took a picture of my foot and was able to recommend a shoe that was comfortable. She also assured me that I could return them if I found them to be painful if I just walked in the house.

Loved the for scan for proper fitting. Sales girl was very knowledgeable and brought me 3 different options that would best fit my needs. It was a hard choice but finally settled on the one I felt most comfortable in. Wore them all day the following day and there were no break in issues. Then tried them out last night for my 5k training and they were great! I'll never go anywhere else when I need a good performance tennis shoe.

I love my shoes. It’s my 3rd pair of this brand. The gentleman that waited on me was superb!! He said no one had put my e-mail in , therefore I was wasn’t getting points & had spent over 1100.00 so he took 15.00 off my shoes. That is what you call a superior salesman. He could come and work for my company anytime.
