I was assisted with a trail runner shoe and when they didn't have the color I selected, they were able to get it from their other store. I felt confident that the shoe would work out and it did!
Shawn was great! He recruited us to go by telling us the benefits of the store. Shawn is a great teammate and as a natural leader, has been great in establishing a positive atmosphere for x-country and track at Cienega HS. My son has benefited greatly from this great atmosphere so we decided to give Fleet Feet a chance. When we got there, Shawn welcomed us, finished helping another customer and then did a great job helping us. My son said that the shoes felt great. Shawn is obviously very knowledgeable about running and shoes.

The person who helped me choose my sneakers was very helpful. She did the 3D image of my feet and we chose 3 sneakers to try on. I have plantar fascitis. I wanted a comfortable shoe. I chose a HOKA sneaker. She did not have the one at this store and ordered me a pair from your other store. Your store called when it came in. I came into the store to pick up and pay for but your staff was very busy with customers so I left and came back hours later.
I really do like the shoe I purchased.

Note enough choices in my particular size/conformation. Innersole comfort questionable. One-size doesn't fit all. Salesperson was friendly and helpful. Was satisfied with product.
I was there to buy my son's first pair of running shoes and the I like that a scan of his feet was taken and the best fit shoe for him was recommended. The employees are always very helpful and attentive and knowledgeable about the products you offer.

Sales person was the best. She was professional, interested in what she was doing, shared lots of helpful information regarding shoes and inserts. Quality shoes is why I went to Fleet Feet. I am very pleased with my shoes and inserts.
Individualized care; not salesy
The service was great. She listened to what I wanted / needed in a shoe, took my footprint and noted I have pronation. She found a shoe that fit and added an insole. I could tell I was walking with a better posture right away.
