I appreciated the service my wife and I got from the sales representative. It was interesting to have my feet scanned to get accurate measurements and to see where the pronation is in my feet. She then highly encouraged me to wear a larger size than I had been wearing and she was right. We then got us both fitted properly in new athletic shoes.
