You are the ONLY store I go to for my tennis shoes. I'm 73 years old and strange as it my seem, my feet are the same age and I walk 3 to 4 miles a day with my dog and feel like I am 50. This is my second pair of shoes from your store, the first were Hoka and I found them a bit wide in the toe bed and completely worn them out in a year. Now I have Brooks and they are awesome. There is a large and diverse selection of running gear; shoes,clothing, and accessories. They had the shoe model I run in, in stock and available. Bought them right on the spot. Very good customer service too.

The service is the best part. First of all, the people I deal with are knowledgeable. I feel always I'm being fully attended to and my unique feet issues are being considered when I'm being fitted for shoes. I never experience someone trying to just make a sale. And there is a very broad product selection to choose from.

My Dad is your customer. He is 78 years old and has dementia and is very picky about his shoes. He has neuropathy in his feet and experiences balance issues. We've purchased two pairs of shoes from you. Both times, the sales ladies were AWESOME! They quickly knew my Dad had diminished abilities and were very sweet, attentive, and talked to him directly (which is nice, most people try to talk to me to understand the situation/what is needed). The ladies also spent time making sure the shoes were to his liking (had to be all black) and also provided the stability he needs to maintain good balance. We will continue to use Fleet Feet Sports for all his shoes. Thanks for having amazing sales people!

Customer service was incredible as always. My son has severe orthopedic prolems but they always are able to find shoes that will support and work for him.
