Robyn was well informed about styles of shoes that might be comfortable. She explained about the measuring system and cleaned it thoroughly before my use (and after, I think). She was patient, willing to bring out more selections and was happy to let me test inserts in different styles. I was impressed and have already told a neighbor about your store.
You always seem to have what I’m looking for.,, this time I walked into the oracle store, told them I was looking for men’s Brooks Ghost 8.5 siZe. In less than 45 seconds I was trying on a great pair of Ghost 13 and I was out the door. Just perfect experience.
Fit Id identified the problem with my husband’s gait, Jennifer recommended an insole and 2 styles of shoe to try and the first one was exactly the right fit and support. My husband is now back to walking 5 to 10 miles per day.
