We are very satisfied with the service, however it is a bit on the pricey side.

Tiffany. She was unprofessional and I have said this before and nothing has changed as she is still a supervisor at your company and nothing was ever done to compensate me or make up for her conduct.

Please remember she twice a no show! The first time she cancelled 20 minutes or so before she was to arrive at 9 pm for a first time visit with a new caregiver.

The second time Tiffany was a no show for another first time visit and this time she called to cancel about 20 minutes after she was to be at my home!

I could never recommend your agency because of Tiffany.

What if I cancelled on caregivers within an hour of them scheduled arrive? I believe you would charge me.

Did you provide ant sort of credit for Tiffany’s no shows? A proper apology. No.

I am a financial supporter of Ken Sims but could not recommend Nurse Next Door to my friends as the supervisor was unreliable.

Your nurses are all extremely helpful and very friendly. They are a credit to your company.

On time for pick up...no wait

Occasionally we do not get the schedule for the month. Also, we sometimes do not get alerts for when a nurse is unavailable to come and help

The nurses are very polite and helpful. With the inclement weather we have been experiencing they have bent over backwards to ensure they are available to help and look after their patients.

Nurse Carol is wonderful!

The nurse that visited my mom was not sure what to do so my mom lost confidence in her as a service provider. Also the price wad too high for her to pay.

The excellent timing. We were scheduled for 7:00 sm and only once did we get a call saying that they would be late., we appreciated that call . No one else did that or gave us the exact time they would come. We could depend on our girl who was very professional and efficient. Thank you Sia!

This is my first to have this service and I am happy that Carol arrives on time and she is always there to fill in. It is always good to have a nurse who lives in the same area where I live. Thank you and I am looking forward to your services throughout this year.

Your best asset is one caregiver named Carol Pringle. She gives your company the reputation and the rating. Unfortunately I doubt Carol received any feedback from management for her excellent performance

The women who assist me are extremely dedicated, helpful, kind, caring and patient. The weather has been horrible, with snow and black ice lately, and yet they have never missed a day or even been late.
