Last minute availability and our dog is well taken care of.
After just one visit, we are absolutely ecstatic about our future visits with the Dulles Dogtopia location! The staff is soo incredibly attentive & reassuring. I could tell they all genuinely care for the pups & their safety. So impressed already!
Everyone at Dogtopia is great and my big hyper dog is exhausted and much more well behaved since starting daycare!

the lack of communication between staff and pet parents. there was no communication at all with concerning behaviors of my dog until it was too late. when talking to paige the gm, ali the lead dog trainer or lauren the relation specialist no one ever had straight answers.
The staff is very friendly and shows a lot affection to my two puppies. The place is clean and offers webcam which is great!
No trainers at this location. The play rooms being very bare. I don’t like the crates being in the same room as the play rooms.

We had a wonderful welcoming greeting on arrival and Kimberly was very friendly and caring towards our two Shih Tzus. We were visiting the area for a few days and you were efficient in emailing me back with some options of appointments. We will definitely come back if we are in the area again. Thank you.

The staff at Dogtopia are awesome! They are always so happy to see our pup, and he loves seeing them. The staff is so helpful when you have questions and are very accommodating and flexible to your needs.

Was looking forward go having a boarding place so close. Have been taking my dog to a competitor for boarding for years (and daycare years before that). Took dog to Dogtopia for meet and greet. The day before when booking over the phone I could barely get a straight answer for the details of the meet and greet and finally figured out we let the dog stay for the day. Fine, just tell me that. As it was explained to me, this was what is required prior to boarding. Come to find out when I picked her up I actually have to sign up for a bunch of daycare days before they’ll allow boarding. Would have been very nice to know that before the meet and greet! I don’t need daycare and I don’t need to spend money on daycare, I need periodic boarding. Will just stay with their competitor who make it easy. Very disorganized and policies are unclear.
