Great communication! Great interaction with my dogs. Thorough when inquiring about needs I have for my pet.
Max loves her time at daycare! She is always greeted warmly and is tired after her day with her friends. She perks up when she knows she gets to come spend a day with her Dogtopia crew.
The people who work at the Lake Oswego location are incredibly nice, thoughtful and friendly.
Super clean facility, friendly staff, I can leave my dog there knowing with certainty that she will be safe and well looked after. Reasonably priced, with lots of extra add-ons if desired.
I like everything. I like that you have a groomer once a week. I also like that you have the webcams. I really appreciate your communication for example when there was the outbreak of the dog flu. Communication means a lot. Keep up the good work.
Staff are friendly and dependable… everyone loves their job! My Iris is usually happy and tired at the end of the day. I’m grateful to the team for taking care of my pup. She need a lot of exercise and I cannot give her full time attention. Boarding option is great too for those late nights. I just hope I can continue to fund this!

Everything! Your staff was friendly and so accommodating. The facility was so clean and welcoming . Finn had a great time as he slept all the way home. I saw how happy he was going in the room meeting all the other dogs. I had no fears leaving him there with such wonderful people being in charge at the meet and greet
Cameras are down/off ALOT, leading to question if dogs are actually continuously supervised?

I love the idea behind the pack mentality used to keep the dogs comfortable during day care and boarding. It’s great to get text updates and be able to check up on my dog with the live cameras too!

Colors of the inside of the building and how the rooms have murals and windows. I also like the dogs are supervised while not in kennels. I love the webcams however, there are a lot of connection issues that are frustrating. The drop off and pick up process is great. The lobby is never full of dogs so it’s not stressful to pick up or drop off. The employees are kind and the place is kept clean
