Wonderful staff, clean facility and my dog loves it there! He is entertained all day long and I can watch from webcam anytime during the day.

the staff that interacts with your dogs are properly trained , they know my dog and give me updates , they interact with the dogs , the dogs get different actives thru the week , even the day to day is well balanced between play and rest and social interaction .

Signing my dog up was easy, he enjoyed his time there, and I appreciate that they were able to squeeze in my last minute request for a nail trim.

I’m afraid I was totally turned off by the dog kennel smell of the waiting room. It reeked and seemed unclean. Then I thought the girl who did the Greet showed no interest at all in the dog. She talked to me and never tried to make my dog feel welcome. No connection there. Then when I observed the camera of the dogs playing I thought it seemed like a zoo. I saw dogs poop on the floor and tho it was picked up the floor didn’t get cleaned for a while. It just looked like an unsanitary place where a dog could easily pick up disease. Doggie day care is a great idea but I got bad vibes all around this one.
I like that the trainers know my dog on sight and remembered her even when she was out for 6 weeks. She really enjoys going there.

My dog always has fun, the staff is friendly.
Very responsive and caring staff who each provide what is the dog's best interests at all times. We trust them implicitly with our loved, four legged integral member of our family. The only place for truly great dog care in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. We come back time after time.

I can’t say enough about the positive experiences in regard to the staff and the facilities. I would like to recognize them all individually but unfortunately, I rarely take the time to ask the names. Nicole consistently provides excellent customer service. My dog comes home happy and content and pretty much just chills out after a great day. Thank you for taking care of the my gift from God Luke.
Nice people. Clean place
Love the daycare routine for my pup. She has become a much better behaved dog when out in public because of the weekly socialization. Also, it is nice that when you board your dog overnight, they get to spend the day with the daycare pets and play all day. Staff is friendly and caring to the pets.
Very nice facility and convenient to my wife’s office and home. I also like that you’re open until 7 - don’t think I’ll need that but it is nice not to rush if something comes up.

Ollie gets so excited whenever he realizes where we are going- he forgets all of his manners and is beside himself with joy- which is an endorsement in itself! The employees are so friendly and obviously care about the pups! And I’m not sure what it is, but our little guy always smells so good when he leaves!
