There were some first time issues.
I've never been charged for the required evaluation before, and neither my husband nor I were told there was a $20 charge.
The first day of Lily's daycare, the webcams weren't working for me. I reached out several times, but they never worked. I was told Lily was playing with the puppies and I really wanted to see that. She's 13 and her playing days have been over for awhile. I never did see her in action. I was able to see her on her second day and she wasn't interacting with any dogs or people.
Also, I thought the 1 day/week was $35.
Other than those points, your program has been good for her.
Friendly, patient staff. They did an amazing job with Benny, who is very shy. He did great while there and we are happy to have found a place to take him!

My dog is very happy there and I am able to leave her there confidently that she is in good hands.
I love that they have fun activities for them to do. Also the staff is so friendly and kind.
Opening for long hours from 7 am to 7 pm provides convenience when needed. Friendly pleasant dog trainers and dog pack. Every weekday morning my dog always rushes in eagerly happily in excitement

My dogs really seem to enjoy going to daycare here. They are doing so much better than I expected. They come home with tons of energy and seem to be very happy. They clearly are getting exercise though because they are also losing a little weight.
Jade and the staff were absolutely great. They answered my questions and I felt comfortable leaving Mabel in good hands. Thank you so much!

Everything, The staff is caring and warm and I know that my dog is in great hands. She gets excited when we drive into the parking lot and must say goodbye to everybody when she leaves.
The staff are amazing and very loving with the dogs. My only compliant is that my dog smells so badly of pee when I pick him up and even the fragrance that they provide really doesn't help very much. It may be just something due to my dog's behavior but that is the only challenge for us.

Oso is a known diabetic. Our dog walker dropped him off- with lunch that we provided- and they neglected to feed him. Instead of calling us (the dog owners) they didn’t feed him. He was very sick that evening and we had to give him subq fluids.
I spoke to some staff members who relayed that every pet’s food needed to be labeled with their name. Again, stopping the person who dropped off Oso to ask her to label it, or the intake person verbally verifying it was Oso’s lunch and labeling it themselves, would’ve avoided the whole problem. And again, calling us to follow up regarding his lunch schedule as a known diabetic would’ve been the best. We understand these things can happen- especially if there aren’t many diabetic dogs at their facility- however, making a phone call to make sure that any concerns or questions could be addressed would’ve prevented a sick pup.
The staff were super friendly and the structure for my pup is great.

Max loves his days at Dogtopia. He comes home exhausted and is always eager to go back :)
Your staff is caring and wonderful. I feel like we are welcome every time we show up. I had experience at a different daycare facility where that was not necessarily the case. I hope to continue to come see you guys for a very long time!
Better monitor other dogs humping in the play rooms. Saw one employee on her phone most of the time and some of the dogs were being pretty terrible.

Milo, my pup, is a aussie. He shows his happiness when he back side wags to the left and right. This is his happy dance. Which is every time when we arrive and leave.
I know he also loves it, when we get home he is sound asleep within an hour after arriving home.

The staff treat my dogs like their own! They know their personalities and quirks. I love the peace of mind I get being able to have them at Dogtopia Ellisville while I’m at work! The theme days and snack days are adorable. And being able to check in on them via webcam brings a smile to my face
Duke has become a better dog. I used to be afraid, because of Dukes size ( 130 pounds),
to let him go near people and kids. Since going to Dogtopia, Duke is used to being with a variety of different dogs and lets all the Dogtopia parents pet him when we are in the lobby before we go home. And the staff can rough him up and pet him and he likes it !!! You have made Duke more social and not so scary to everyone. He is just a big mush ball who looks scary but is not anymore. I tell all my friends and family about Dogtopia...
