My dog was having a little trouble getting acclimated to the environment and they took the time and effort to help him feel comfortable there.
My dog loves to go and comes back happy and well exercised! The staff are friendly and excited to welcome him when he comes in. Im impressed by the care taken to insure the dogs received there have all their health records up to date.
Jake is well taken care of when he comes every Wednesday. When we pick him up he is a happy, but tired pup!
I like that I can easily schedule a nail trim when needed. I love the special things you do for the pups - extra treats, arts & crafts, picture taking, etc., theme days.

We love the cameras and the staff. We are always treated the best as per parents and can tell the staff loves our pup!
Our dog is always happy to go to Dogtopia. He has an opportunity to meet other dogs and make friends. The best part is he’s always tuckered out by bed time and sometimes earlier! Great job Dogtopia
Tho it was just a meet and greet day, they took great care of my pup. They took the time to do a full intake about my pup before I left, and I received a complete debrief when I came to pick him up.

Very poor communication all around. I came in after winning a promotion at an event at Halcyon. I thought it was for a free week of boarding. I received a call to schedule a meet and greet as this was a requirement. During the scheduling process I spoke with a few people, often bringing up this was for a free week of boarding and even inquired if I could use the promotion at another location. When I came to get my dog after the meet and greet, I was told it would be $20. This was never mentioned prior to coming in, nor at drop off. Afterwards, I inquired how I could redeem my free week of boarding and was told that was not the promotion, that they never offer free boarding. While I admit that it is possible I misunderstood from the beginning, why wouldn’t anyone have told me this prior to bringing my dog in when I brought it up multiple times over the phone?? The meet and greet ended up being a big inconvenience to me and a waste of everyone’s time.

Kind and gentle but professional staff, very easy to work with. You can see they really car for your dog.
The employees are so friendly and really seem to care for our dogs. Our dogs leave happy and tired and look forward to their next play day, The play rooms seem to be kept clean. Our dogs don’t leave here smelling like they used to at a different location.

When my dog was there in February she caught a terrible sinus infection. I waited till after winter to send her back - I know you can’t help germs circulating among dogs. She was there this week and ended up with three of her four paws badly blistered / peeling i assume from the rubber flooring. I like sending her for the interaction when I’m working long days but we end up with a vet visit each time she goes there
I liked the fact that the staff took their time with my shy dog. That when l watched on the webcam l could see my dog. I could see the ball being tossed and the dogs playing and running around. Also, l liked to see that when the dogs had accidents it was cleaned up quickly. The staff is very friendly, all is clean and doesn’t spell bad. All was good!
Codi spent his first half day at doggie daycare. He came home happy and tired, which meant he had a great time. Planning to send him for a full day the next time!! Thank you Dogtopia
The staff is so kind and caring. They pay great attention to our dogs and are excellent about keeping the environment safe and clean. I also love that I can watch my dogs while they are playing.
