It would be nice if the dogs were able to take a break from the room that they’re in and transition to another space or outside. Also, I’m not sure if they clean up the dogs accidents right when it happens because I noticed some of the dogs either smelling the pee or walking across it. I’ve also noticed at times there is only one staff in a room with more than eight dogs. It would be helpful to have two people in a room just for extra safety.
They provide excellent care and socialization while keeping my puppy safe, exercised, and happy. The staff are very accommodating and understanding when unexpected situations occurs. I can’t say enough positive things!

I have always found the team members to be kind and loving. Our dog is so happy to be at Decatur Dogtopia. I also think the staff are responsive to any concerns I might raise, which is greatly appreciated. Thank you, team, for making our dog's visits to Decatur Dogtopia so much fun!

Friendly and well informed staff.
Indoor facility so regardless of the weather the dogs will have plenty of play time.
The staff was very nice, helpful & knowledgeable. I don't like that you have no outside facilities for the dogs to play & potty. I would recommend more things for the dogs to do inside other than just stairs. They had never been to daycare & they loved it. We will be using you again!
On the financial side, the nice brochure is too elaborate and no need to spend the funds on things most of us will throw away, such as I did X 2. My career was in accounting & trimming the fat, if you will. Being a franchise, this might be something you don't have any control over. Just the amount of wasted paper should be noted as well. Now days people are getting away from paper anyway. Sorry if this is too much info but after 40 yrs in account, including a franchise company, these things just stand out to me.
My pup and I love Dogtopia! He is happy to have a safe place to run and play. I’m happy to have wonderful, caring people watching over him. I know every staff member loves my pup just as much as I do!
Always happy with the staff, hours are convenient. Seems like everyone really cares for the dogs.
More exercise and training for the dogs .
It appears that we are only getting babysitting services .

The staff were very upbeat, friendly, and seem to really love their job. The staff are helpful and made us feel comfortable about leaving our dog at the doggie daycare. The facility host healthy homemade meals and snacks for a fee. There are Webcam which allowed us to check in on our pup. We love it there!!!
The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable! The hours are great and it’s nice and clean inside.
Simple easy drop off and pick up.
I love the activities Dogtopia plan to keep my dogs entertained and busy during their visits. I love that the trainers get to know my dogs specific needs and keep me informed, and I feel very comfortable when I need to board them for long periods at a time.
Being able to check in on them throughout the day via Webcam is great!
The staff are always nice to speak to. The groomer is very attentive and works quick, and I'm happy knowing that my dog is handled with great care and love here!
I did not like how the employees handled one another. Additionally, there was a dog that became aggressive and I was not told how that would be handled so my dog would be safe.
The staff was fantastic and made us feel very comfortable with daycare/boarding. The evaluation process was great and transparency is a top priority for the Dogtopia staff. We are extremely happy with Dogtopia!
My dog appears taken care of and I enjoy getting to visually check on him through the cameras.
Everyone is friendly, the place is very clean too! Our puppy loves going to Dogtopia! I would like to say, drop off would be a little easier if the employee with the red SUV wouldn't park in the very first spot, drop off and pick up would be much easier! I think the first few parking spots should be for your customers. Thanks!

The staff was welcoming and helpful! I got my dogs groomed and was very satisfied with the care and quality of the groomers!
Very nice employees. They were very patient with my dog that was so nervous. Later when I picked her up I could tell she had a great time.

Charlie has a great time there, he comes home exhausted from exercising all day. I think the boarding price is a bit high, but I know my dog is happy.
Apache loves going there playing with other dogs and it tires him out
