Friendly staff
Professionalism great customer service makes me feel like I’m at home with relatives
They are friendly and knowledgeable. They care about dogs and understand animal behavior. You and your pet are greeted with a smile and that is not so common any more.
Very friendly people that answer ALL your questions & make you feel comfortable leaving your pet.
Everyone seems to really care about the animals and takes time to greet them. Both of my dogs were pretty nervous since they have never been boarded or to a doggie day care. They spent time to talk to them and reassure them before taking them into the facility.
How kind and caring the staff is about my dog. It gives me the peace of mind knowing she will not only have fun with her dog friends but that the staff truly cares about my dog

I love that I can watch my dog on the cameras, the staff are very friendly and kind. I love how my typically anxious dog is super happy with them. My pup always comes home tired which means she had a great day! I love the $99 all you can play per week deal as well.
My pup is a regular at Dogtopia of Yorktown, he loves the staff and all of his dog friends! He comes home tired and happy!
Friendly welcoming staff
The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. I stopped by on my way home from the airport to pick my dog up from a boarding stay and it happened to be during nap time/lunch and the staff volunteered to bring my dog out for pick-up instead of making me wait another 30 min. I also love that they have web cams in the rooms, so you can still check on your pup while you're away.
It would be nice for members to be able to drop off dogs whenever they’d like for daycare, without calling or scheduling. Having flexibility to be able to just drop the pup off when the unexpected occurs would be beneficial.
My dog has a good time with the staff and other dogs. He loves it here and when I come back to pick him up he is so happy . It’s hard to leave him when I have to travel but I know he is in a safe environment and he is well cared for.
All staff are well trained, friendly, and the place is SPOTLESS!
My groomer, David is so professional but more importantly my dog has 10 years of trust with him. He normally is fearful of people and is known to bite but adores his groomer and comes home always looking spiffy.
Our dog loves all of the coaches and gets very excited to go to daycare. The facility is always clean. We don’t worry about our baby because they promote an environment of safe play. We like that the large and small dogs are kept separate. We know that when he needs boarding that he will be comfortable being there. They cater to special needs for meal times.

The only thing that's unsettling is that you don't take cash.
With all the hacking going on with large and small companies (AT&T, government), I feel very uncomfortable being forced to use my credit card.
I love that it appears the whole staff loves Bru as much as her mom's and you take very good care of her. Also that you wear down some of that energy lol

Not the first time I’ve boarded my dog for an extended period of time here. They call if there’s any issues and they post pictures of the dogs to the Facebook page. The cameras are a nice touch so you can keep tabs on your fur baby
We just signed up and had our meet and greet. Everyone was very caring with my dog and very knowledgeable of dogs in general. I feel very comfortable with leaving my dog there.
