The staff are polite and respectful toward the humans and animals. I like the fact that you have to make an appointment even for nails clippings. It leaves a no waiting process.
The staff is incredible. I never worry about my pup being there because I know she'll be loved.

Everyone is so welcoming and treats my boy well! He gets attention and gets socialized so I know he is active and well taken care of throughout the day! The pictures of him and the fact I can see cameras during the day really help my anxiety so I know he is safe!

The staff are friendly, very helpful and really care about the dogs! I never worry about my dog when she is there for boarding or daycare. They always take the best care and really love the animals!!
I love how excited my dog is to arrive at Dogtopia and I especially love how exhausted he is when he arrives home. He loves all the people that look after him there and all the doggy friends that he has made.
Your staff are friendly and seem to really know our dog, Mabel. Mabel has a great time at Dogtopia, she gets to run and play with her buddies and have huge social time. Your hours are great and I know if we ever needed to board her, she would be with people and dogs who know her. I am confident that she is in good hands and is treated well and that the staff care about her wellbeing. I also love that I can check in on her with the video cams if I am curious about her day.

We've always had a great experience here. The staff is super friendly, and loves our dog. The cost is a little higher than we have paid elsewhere, especially with no outdoor area, but it's convenient and clean.
Every staff member has been extremely friendly and welcoming, great with communication and open about plans and pricing. They know customers and their dogs by name and seem really personally invested in the well-being of each dog!

Loki came home with paw pad ripped and one is cut. Not sure how that could have happened.
Thank you for your review. We are so sorry to hear that Loki has paw pad injuries. He did enjoy a lot of playtime in the room. When dogs first start with us, it is very similar to when we start a new exercise regimen. Blisters or cracking can occur with sudden increase in exercise. We truly enjoyed seeing Loki have such a good time playing and hope to see you both again soon!
Where to begin! Everyone is so kind to me and my Walter who can be a handful to say the least. They truly love and care for him and Walter can sense it. I appreciate all the extra stuff they do like the time they bathed him free of charge when he had a diarrhea accident. And gave him some probiotics so settle his system. It’s such a comfort to know my dog is safe and having the best day ever when he’s at Dogtopia! He literally leaps for joy when he knows he’s going to “happy day”!
Very satisfied with facility, but an outdoor play space might make it more appealing to some people.

The staff was so friendly and spent time with me answering all of my questions before our first visit. When we arrived with our puppy, we were greeted at the door with a very warm welcome and it made me feel so comfortable leaving our puppy. Lola had a great day playing and came home very tired from all the fun. I was impressed with how clean the facility is and the app is very user friendly!
