Great experience. Dogtopia has been such a gift. It is his (our dog Cedar) new favorite thing, "daycare" is now a word we have to be careful when we use because it gets him so excited. Our only regret is not enrolling him sooner!
Every single employee goes above and beyond for my dog Cleo and I. I feel like more than just a number in the system. I feel like my dog is truly cared for and loved here and receives the best imaginable care. The staff truly make it such a good place. I am very selective about who I leave my dog with and leaving him at Garden Home Dogtopia is an easy choice. I always feel comforted knowing heās there.
You provide a safe and fun environment for my dog and always have someone watching them.

I know you dont have an outdoor area, but if you built another facility in new lenox/manhattan/lickport with an outdoor play area, i would sign up for a package.
The staff was nice. The facility is clean. My dog had fun. I like the video login.
This facility is well staffed with friendly people! I also like the fact that they want to keep the dogs safe and they ask that every dog pass the āmeet and greetā requirement. The webcams are also a definite plus. It is very comforting to be able to login and check on your pet at any time. I will definitely be recommending Dogtopia to family and friends!
My dog āādid not pass the test, fortunately we were denied.
I had to leave the dog there for 6 days and, as it turned out, all these days the dog had to be locked up in the same room, without going outside and pee and poop there. Just like a real prison.
Thank you for refusing us and for us - we found wonderful caring people, where our dog will be there as if on vacation.
I was very nervous about leaving my pup for the first time, however everyone was very welcoming and friendly. They answered all questions and explained everything very well. I like that I can check in on the webcam to make sure everything is okay. They also tell you how the day went when you pick up your pup.

Sending Dug to Dogtopia was the best decision Iāve ever made as a dog mom. Before he went, he was destructive and restless at home. I attributed that to him just being a young dog, but it turns out he just had so much pent up energy and I couldnāt meet his exercise and socialization needs due to my work schedule. Once he started going to daycare, he became a completely different dog. With his exercise and social needs finally met, he relaxed so much at home and his manners got a thousand times better! His destructive behavior, like chewing things he shouldnāt, completely ended. Dogtopia is a wonderful facility, and the staff is second to none. They are all so kind and friendly and their love for their jobs and the dogs is so genuine. He gets greeted by name when we walk in and runs into their arms without even looking back to say goodbye to mom! He has so much fun there and we absolutely love watching him play with his friends on the webcam. The staff are so loving and playful with the dogs and I trust them completely. I would never take Dug anywhere else!

I love how friendly the staff is. Not only is the staff friendly they actually take the time to get to know your dog and treat them like their own. I feel so comfortable leaving Biggie ( my almost 2 year old Bernedoodle) with the staff at Dogtopia. They go out of their way to have fun events and treats for the dogs! Iām so happy we started going to Dogtopia when she was a puppy. Biggieās ears perk up as soon as we tell her, āwe are going to Daycare today!ā

I like how my dogs get to interact with different dogs. That they are supervised. That the interact with the monitors on the floor.
I am having a problem though with how I think one of my dogs has regressed in terms of potty training. She seems have forgotten.
