Friendliness, professionalism and care and love for our pets.
We have been using Dogtopia for over four years and have been very pleased. More importantly, our pet absolutely LOVES spending time with his BFFFs.
We just returned after an absence of 4 months and our pet was warmly welcomed, re-transitioned to the pack and safely cared for while he played.

Not a knock against you guys, but you may love my dog too much. I had her stay over and asked for a brush out and her nails cut and you didn't because during your multiple attempts Zira cried like you were trying to murder her. (Which by the way she does, she's freaked out many a groomer). Other than that I love you guys and so does Zira. Have no problem taking her back. You always take good care of her.
The facility is so clean and the staff is unlike any other! So friendly and loving to all the pups!
The people who work there are extremely friendly, loving and patient with my dogs (who can be a handful), and I love all the fun extra activities and treat options they offer. Plus, the facility is very clean.

The staff are so friendly and I love the lady who took care of the dogs in the Park on the day my dog was there. She seems to really have a really good sense of what the dogs need and I see many of the dogs just follow her around. So wonderful to have a place where I can send my dog for daycare and socializing. The team is very friendly and we trust them with our dog 100%. Any time we need to board our dog or get his nails trimmed, there is always availability and I appreciate that. I speak highly of dogtopia to people I know and recommend it all the time. We are thankful that Stanley is in good hands at dogtopia when we travel or are at work!

The people who work with your dog seem so personable and know every dog that walks in the door. I feel very comfortable knowing my dog will be lovingly cared for.
Everything at Dogtopia runs smoothly and seems thoughtful. The only thing I don't love is that transparency around boarding pricing is not as good as it could be. I just boarded my dog for the first time and did not realize I would be charged for daycare and boarding. Other daycare facilities do not do that.
What I like about your services is that it's a place where my dog can come to get some socialization, exercise, and take a nap during the day. I also like the additional events that planned throughout the month my dog can participate in. The staff is professional, usually attentive, knows every dog by it's name.

I appreciate the webcams that allow me to check-in during my pup's stay. He seemed safe and well-tended while he was with you.
I have one thing to add: I never saw anyone pet mine or any of the pups while in the toyroom. Maybe this happens when the cameras are off, but I know I asked if the dogs are given touch and individual attention at times and I was told "They are well taken care of." I guess I asked the wrong question. And I know the people in the room with the dogs are busy since there are so many dogs each day. The cleanliness is appreciated very much.
As I said, my dog seemed well cared for but he also lost some spirit a few days in and a loving cuddle might have helped him. He did come home to me safely and for that I am grateful.
