Being completely honest. My dog was rejected due to an action, that he's never done with ANYONE. Your worker could not replicate the action. And he's never done the action again. I've tried over the week to see if he would "nip at anyone when they touch his collar " and not a single nip. I'm in Chicago around people he's never met and he hasn't done it to anyone. Not to mention the look from one of your staff that just sat there while other people greeted and worked with me didn't sit right.
That dogs can play
Dogtopia in Parker is the most professional, energetic and engaged staff I've ever met! The facility holds a high cleaning standard which I love! The canine coaches are attentive and interactive with the dogs while at the same time, make sure they behave. My dog absolutely loves going to Dogtopia! In addition, I'm obsessed with all of the special picture and treat days! Highly recommend!
Friendly staff; nice to have occasional photos for special occasions; nice to have taco Tuesday and a chicken/rice lunch occasionally; nice to have bubbles for dogs to play with; I wish that on a Tuesday or a Thursday you'd have brain games at Dogtopia! Convenient to have baths for dogs; however, I don't think my dogs nails are ever drimmeled. Great place to go to for Jacqui, my Siberian husky--nice if full service hours were offered on weekends as well as week days.
Thanks for this chance to do a critique of Dogtopia! The workers here are all amazing! I recommend Dogtopia 100% to all my dog park friends at Bee Cave Dog Park!

Efficient, friendly, clean
Three weeks ago I was double charged for my dog’s visit. I wrote an email explaining the mistake. Upon receiving no reply, I phoned, explained the situation to the man who answered the phone, he took notes and said he would have the owner look into it and respond. Still, no response. My third follow-up will come and be less friendly than the first two. A shame as the way you look after my dog is very good.
Everything, the employees are passionate about dogs and they are treated well. I like the flexibility. During winter a winter storm I had to leave my dog. They fed her and kept her safe.
Pets are well engaged, personnel provide very good customer service and the facility was thoroughly cleaned.

I liked that I was given a tour and thorough explanation of the facility. As well, it was nice to see that dogs are given an evaluation with dogs of different temperaments before they enter into the play areas. I also like that dogs are given some training (with leash/kennel) which helps to curb some of the triggers dogs have when encountering others.
Love the app and all of the employees! Everyone is so friendly and they really care about my pups!
Supervision of pups. Professional staff, Attention to detail and assurance that all animals have appropriate immunizations. It is readily apparent that all the staff truly enjoy the interaction with the pups.

Good communication, staff is friendly, professional, and caring to all the pets, provides a fun and interactive environment for the dogs while they are there, the webcam, and the staff occasionally sends pictures/updates of your pet during the day or while your pet is boarding!
I love that the people are so friendly, kind and genuinely care about all of the dogs coming in. It's so nice that they know our dog's name when she walks in the door. I also very much value the communication by the staff if any issue arises. We are so happy to have found Dogtopia and so lucky that it's close to home!
Mike, Meg, and the entire team took great care of Addie and were extremely helpful and pleasant. I’d strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe and fun place for their pup!
