Mostly satisfied, but I had an incident that I called to report. Not sure if there was any follow-up with the person. On the Webcam, I observed an employee sitting down with a dog on her lap. She was petting it and not paying attention that 3 medium sized dogs were ganging up on my smaller dog. I could tell that my dog was getting exasperated. The employee paid no attention but was holding a dog on her lap, which I thought was prohibited. Also, I don't get feedback, especially after an overnight, on how my dog ate, slept, etc. That would be very helpful. Employees probably need more training with an emphasis on customer service.
They seem to really care about my dog, and he comes back exhausted.
Closeness to home. The dogs play all day and get some breaks outside. No end time to play. I can check in with the video cam

Wonderful and caring staff that seem to really enjoy working with the dogs. The app is easy to use and love the live webcam so you can check on your pup here and there .
Ease of scheduling daycare or boarding.
We love everything and everyone there! More importantly, our pup will knock anyone or anything down in his path to get in the gym to play with his friends. I love how much they appreciate my pup’s presence and we’ve even seen staff give him a smooch on his head (he is pretty irresistible). They have theme days to add fun into the mix and I have more hilarious pics of my pooch from them. You haven’t lived until you’ve seen your pup in full Mardi Gras attire. We still wonder how he got his beads. 🤣
Dogtopia is always there for us when we’ve needed them in a pinch. So grateful for these wonderful humans and their services.
Staff was knowledgeable and kind. My dog had a great experience with the meet and greet and had a great time playing with her new doggie friends.
Facility was clean and safe. I especially appreciate the no slip flooring in the play areas.

My wife and I were very pleased with the staff and the place of business. We had the spa treatment for our Beagle (Buddy). He came out looking like a champ!!!
It is convenient, clean, someone is in the room at all times, I can watch my dog at all times.

The service is professional and the staff is very friendly -- they always remember my dog's name when I drop her off. My dog is very happy with the daycare and shows it when I pick her up at the end of the day.
Another convenience -- you can drop off your pet at Dogtopia without an appointment.

I thought everyone I met was extremely nice and very helpful. They were gracious and offered a free day of daycare so that I could try out their services. I signed for their 2 days per week plan. Baxter had a great time!
