Very friendly and they treat my dog so well.
Sending Dug to Dogtopia was the best decision I’ve ever made as a dog mom. Before he went, he was destructive and restless at home. I attributed that to him just being a young dog, but it turns out he just had so much pent up energy and I couldn’t meet his exercise and socialization needs due to my work schedule. Once he started going to daycare, he became a completely different dog. With his exercise and social needs finally met, he relaxed so much at home and his manners got a thousand times better! His destructive behavior, like chewing things he shouldn’t, completely ended. Dogtopia is a wonderful facility, and the staff is second to none. They are all so kind and friendly and their love for their jobs and the dogs is so genuine. He gets greeted by name when we walk in and runs into their arms without even looking back to say goodbye to mom! He has so much fun there and we absolutely love watching him play with his friends on the webcam. The staff are so loving and playful with the dogs and I trust them completely. I would never take Dug anywhere else!

I love how friendly the staff is. Not only is the staff friendly they actually take the time to get to know your dog and treat them like their own. I feel so comfortable leaving Biggie ( my almost 2 year old Bernedoodle) with the staff at Dogtopia. They go out of their way to have fun events and treats for the dogs! I’m so happy we started going to Dogtopia when she was a puppy. Biggie’s ears perk up as soon as we tell her, “we are going to Daycare today!”
The grooming service was great. Will return.
I like how my dogs get to interact with different dogs. That they are supervised. That the interact with the monitors on the floor.
I am having a problem though with how I think one of my dogs has regressed in terms of potty training. She seems have forgotten.

Friendly and efficient front staff/ My dog loves attending daycare
After viewing the live cam all day, I can not honestly give a positive rating. The morning coach did a great job with my dog and I actually called in to give positive feedback. However, the afternoon coach let a grey shepherd hump my dog nonstop the "entire" time. I called in twice to ask for that dog to be separated from my dog. The first time the person at the front desk put the shepherd in a crate however about 15 minutes later he/she was brought back out and it immediately went back to my dog and basically stayed glued on my dog the entire time. I contacted again, and the person at the desk got annoyed with me and stated well my dog humped a dog and I actually saw that interaction and it happened once and I wondered why the coach didn't do anything. However, that happened once. Versus the shepherd was on my dog the entire time. I watched the video and saw my dog tried to get away and even layed down for a bit to get some reprieve. I also saw my dog even try to climb the walls because he wanted to get away and there was nowhere for him to go. The coach did absolutely nothing the woman at the desk did nothing and got annoyed with me on the phone after my second call. I even saw my dog finally snap back once at the shepherd and that was beyond concerning because my dog has never done that. When I picked him the new person at the front stated that my dog was anxious and tried to climb the walls adn she stated that it was simply him needing to get used to being in daycare. My dog has been in daycare and to the location before a couple of years ago and never did any location state my dog had anxiety. This issue presented itself simply because he had a dog on his back nonstop and there was nothing he could do about it as the coach did nothing and the person at the front desk got annoyed with me. If I could guarantee that my dog could be with the coach from the morning and only attend when he was there, great...but I can honestly never recommend this location.

I’ve taken Buddy, my King Charles to Dogtopia for a few years now and I am more than satisfied with the love and care that he receives. The staff at Dogtopia is wonderful and has always shown love and attention to all the dogs that I’ve seen. I know that when I drop Buddy off, I don’t have to worry about his safety or happiness.

Dogtopia is so clean and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. We got a tour of the entire facility which we have not received at other dog daycare facilities. We will be back!

The whole process has been amazing. Meet and greet was very thorough. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The promo was really helpful to get us started. I really like the Webcam to check in on him during the day. It has made getting a puppy and working full time possible.
The 1st time we took Indigo, they really seemed to be happy he was there. He went to his Meet and Greet and one other time for day care. Both times when we checked him out, the person at the counter seemed like 'OK, go home.' No feed back as to how Indigo did. I asked her 3x if he got fed, before she answered me. She didn't seem too happy with her job. Don't know if it was the same girl🤷🏾♀️

Entire staff is amazing. From the moment I walked in til picking up my pet from play day. Greeted with smiles, and addressed all concerns. Even my puppy had a great time because when we got home he fell right to sleep.
Our Ralphie had a great time at Dogtopia! He enjoyed the company of others dogs, which is rare for him. We even caught him on camera sharing a bed with another dog!
We LOVE dogtopia! All of the staff are so kind and friendly! I truly know that they care about Lily and her well being. I drop of off and I know that she is in safe hands and will be loved all day.
More interaction/enrichment activity with the dogs.
