You care and interact with my dog as if she were my child-and I LOVE it! She’s so pampered and loved and has so much fun when she’s there.

Staff is friendly, good with my dog and I love being able to watch on web cam.
I feel safe bringing my Greyci to Dogtopia and never worry about her when in daycare or boarding. The team is usually very responsive when I've had questions regarding care or even billing for issues. I also appreciate that it seems many of the staff take the time to get to know the different personalities of each dog and the things the each dog enjoys, as well as those things they don't. Though I've never been in the areas where the dogs are kept, based on what I see on the webcam, the staff seem to keep those areas clean and tidy - even when there are several dogs running around. (How do they do it??) Not only would I recommend Dogtopia to others, I have recommended Dogtopia to several work colleagues and friends.
I love that they have cameras on the dogs. I’ve had bad experiences with dog sitters in the past. I feel confident the my dog is being well taken of at Dogtopia.

Everyone is friendly and my dog gets really excited to get in the car because he knows he’s going to Dogtopia. They let you know when your furry is due for vaccinations and we really appreciate that.

The amount for boarding with the new rate was kind of shocking. Might have to look for alternatives for longer boarding stays.
Outbound baths and the staff is sooooo attentive
There could be closer supervision of the dogs. The ration of dogs to staff is very high. I often see dogs humping others and playing aggressively without the staff noticing because of the volume. Also, the dogs could go outside more when weather permits.
What I like best about Dogtopia is my dog is always so eager to go and play with her friends, and it gives me a day to do some errands that I can't tend to when she is with me. Thanks Dogtopia!

We love everything about Dogtopia ❤️. The way the owner interacts with us at drop off and/or pickup, the friendliness of the staff, the webcams, the activities for our pup. We absolutely love everything 🐾🐾

Hades loves day play at Dogtopia Lionhead. The staff is amazing and we know he’s safe there. He has the best nap when he comes home after a day of play. The staff are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to puppy health and are always able to help when we have questions. Safe and fun environment for dogs to play and learn.
I noticed that one of the dog handlers was moving dogs around and putting them in their crate by grabbing their collars. While I understand sometimes that is necessary, I do think that using verbal commands and/or treats to get a dog to do what you want is a better strategy. I did not want her grabbing my dogs collar and that made me uncomfortable. Also, it would be great to see handlers provide more stimulation like tricks (sit, down, etc).
Staff care about my pet, and she is well taken care of.
Although I have noticed a slight drop in customer service at the front desk lately. Drop off is a bit more transactional and not as warm as it was. My dog doesn’t notice this so maybe not as important to her.
My pup always comes home happy and treated like family!
I never have to worried about my pup feeling left out or not given enough attention.
We especially love the snack options they provide!

Extremely friendly staff!!
Our Augie loves going to daycare and it’s his second home. He loves all the staff and they shower him with lots of love and attention. We have also used the boarding services a number of times and are very pleased with the service. Again, Augie feels right at home and we are always confident in the care he will receive.
Everything to being made feel welcomed every time I come in… to the way they treat my Freya just like their family. 🥰🥰

I love taking my dog Ozzie to Dogtopia - Frisco. I appreciate being able to check in on him via the webcams and having the opportunity to drop him off a tad early.
