We had a great experience at our dogs meet and greet! We are excited for him to start day care, and feel we can trust the staff. They answered all of our questions and made us feel that our dog will be well taken care of!
Everyone at Garden Home Dogtopia was super friendly and focused on my dog. I had a sense that they genuinely care for my dog and all of the others in their care.
The Canine Coaches are great & really care about our beloved pets. They provide support & good information. The place is clean. The services (like spa!) are convenient to schedule. They have a wonderful groomer. The covenience of location, services & hours offered. We love the special events and fun photo ops. They have safe indoor and outdoor play areas. The interaction & socialization is good for the dogs. And most of all, the dogs have fun!
Friendly staff, my pets are well cared for while in their care.
The early/ late hours. Ease of drop off and pick up. Most important is that the attendants all care about my dog and are always excited to see him. He’s always happy to go to ‘school’!

Your staff are amazing!
There were too many dogs to one person watching them. When I walked in, the smell was pretty bad. I know it's going to have some with dogs but this was pretty bad. I was told the puppies upstairs were taken out 2-3 times for potty breaks if possible but being upstairs, it sometimes is difficult. I just wasn't impressed and didn't feel the warmth from your employees. I found a much better fit for our dog.
Professional, friendly, helpful employees who know their charges/dogs and enjoy their work. Also, the updates on vaccinations and alerts on possible problems.

It’s all personal. Staff already knows who Rosie is and watches out for her.
Everybody there treat my Apollo like he's the only dog there . That couple of minutes helps ease his mind and mines too .
And Wesley is AWESOME with Apollo , he loves her !!!!!! She's the best groomer I've ever had for my furbaby !!!!!

Educated staff, attentive to the needs of the dog, safe environment, webcam. And overall very pleased with the professionalism of everyone there.
My dog gets to play all day with friendly pups. Plus staff is super friendly and always greets my dog by name. Dogtopia is the only daycare I trust with my pup!
I just don’t know if daycare is a good idea. My dogs didn’t play with others. They just ran around looking nervous and stressed. It is also much more expensive than it’s worth.

I love bringing my dog but he is not crated at home so I don’t like the fact he has to be crated there.
Staff greet my dog enthusiastically. They quickly contact me if there are any concerns with my dog during or after his visits.
