I like the responsiveness and friendliness of the staff. My dogs are excited to go and seem to love the staff. They don’t even look back!
The loving care they give to our dog
The cleanliness of my dog coming home has been and off and on issue. Some weeks are great and others she comes home dirty often. My dog has also lately been coming home smelling strongly of urine daily requiring more frequent baths. We know she rolls on the floor but I’ve also watched workers mop 3-4 wet spots on the floor without cleaning their mop in between. This seems counter-productive and like it would leave urine on the floor.
The last time I completed this survey I put a 4 for how likely we were to recommend. Overall our experience has greatly improved. Our puppy loves to go and is always happy when we pull up. She plays well during the day and we enjoy the treats and activities that are provided.
Well its justbday one, BUT we know the Newmarket Dogtopia.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They treated my 2 babies well and the place was very clean. Loved the real time video so we could check in on our girls having a good time.
Your staff are friendly, courteous and very obviously love dogs. It's a convenient drop off and pick up system. It's the highlight of my pup's week and he starts getting excited as soon as we turn into the parking lot. I love knowing he's safe and being able to watch him have fun!
My pup is genuinely excited when we arrive to the facility. He seems to love the staff. That lets me know he is being treated well. The staff is friendly and attentive.

The Dulles team is great. Copper loves his days at Dogtopia.
Friendly staff, Convenient hours and video cams in daycare so you can check in on your dog.
Staff members are always friendly and they know me and my dog Iorek. I feel comfortable taking him to Dogtopia-he’s always ready to go right back to his playroom. I tell people Iorek is happy to get there and he never acts like he’s escaping when I pick him up from daycare.

We was told someone would sit with us about 1/2 upon pick up to go over bears experience. The young man didn't know what I was talking about. So I would say to ensure everyone has the same information and process.

Enzo has been a happy member of the Dogtopia family for three years. The staff, having affectionately nick named him Enzo-Benzo, treats him like their own. Recently Enzo had surgery and was away for several weeks. Each week Erin, Michael or Robyn would call or e-mail to check on Enzo’s status and to send warm wishes for his recovery. It was heartwarming to know how much they cared. We so appreciate the entire staff at Dogtopia and all the services they provide!
Its more important how my dog feels about Dogtopia. He gets very excited as soon as he figures out where he is going. I take this to mean he loves the place.
The cameras permit us to look in on him and see if he is having fun. The staff is frendly and i often see ths coaches playing with him or just giving hin a pat on hia head.
This place, Tysons. Is hands down the best. They pay attention, they listen, they actually love dogs. I have visited a few other locations due to traveling and hands down to Tysons. Also, they hold so many activities for the dogs, games, snacks, and they love veterans!
I like how your services work so well. My dog is always so much happier for having gone to daycare than spending the whole day at home sleeping on the sofa. This daycare service really cures my dog's depression, if dogs can get depressed.
Based on what I see on the webcams, I really like how the facilities are squeaky clean, the variety of pooch friends my dog can make, and the gentle touch of all the people who play with the dogs or lead the play time and facilitate the nap times as well. Warm hugs to everyone on the team for making the facility work behind the scenes.
The care they give for these pets is incredible! I love that they are always available for questions , or if you need a boarding appointment in a short notice.
Charlie came back with poop on his back. He was very dirty and had poop on his tail. Additionally, I was very displeased with how the booking process was. I also had no access to view webcams, I was not able to see Charlie at all. I also was not provided any updates from your staff. This is an unusual occurrence compared to my previous visits with your facility. Nonetheless, it was not a good experience
