My dog was not compatible with your place which is not a big issue for me. The big issue for me is: 1) the place smelled so bad of urine the ammonia made my eyes burn. When I mentioned it to the receptionist she told me you clean and have an air purifier but it was too strong of a smell. 2) I was not well informed about the breakaway collar rule which caused my dog to panic when they couldn’t get the gentle leader off and the leash attached. 3) I had to ask for a tour of the place and it was not clean and very surface tour.

The staff was great and I felt they really had the dogs intersets at heart. We will see how often we choose to use daycare, however, it is an option worth exploring for us.
Everything. Employees recognize our dog and know her name. She goes in happy and leaves happy.
The staff are so kind and professional. They all give off such a great energy/vibe. I can tell they want to be there and enjoy their jobs. The facility is extremely clean and organized. The staff are very knowledgeable on the different dog breads and behaviours. They have theme days and activities for the dogs to enjoy. I love watching what my dog is up to on the cameras. We have also done the boarding for one night and I didnt worry at all. I am so happy and impressed with the service we have recieved at dogtopia don valley l.
Great staff and service. My boy was super comfy and even got a nap on his first day! He seemed to be so relaxed when I picked him up
Kayce just loves going to Dogtopia! She is usually standoff-ish around people in public, but she immediately gets excited to see the coaches at Dogtopia and let's them love on her. I can tell they care about her well-being and spend time with her while she's there. Everyone is super friendly to me, and willingly takes the time to answer my dozens of questions. Dogtopia has been key in her positive socialization as a puppy, and I couldn't be happier that I chose them over the others we visited.

Staff was wonderful and engaging and know they were taking good care of my dog, even during brief Meet and Greet! Made me feel comfortable enough to schedule a boarding stay w/ them. Even allowing 3 free days of boarding before our trip to get him to feel comfortable w/ the new environment and very appreciative of this!
I love that I can peek in via the live feed to see how my dog is doing. I also appreciated the thorough assessment to make sure my dog ended up in the right room.

Dogtopia of Bel Air MD staff is amazing. They love my furry family as their own. The owner is loving and caring and at the location regularly. I have and will continue to refer everyone I know to them.

The entire staff is wonderful!! They greet me and my dog by name every morning. They answer all my questions and are very accommodating . The engagement activities they have for the pups are wonderful! I love seeing what projects my girl makes for me when I pick her up and the photo sessions capture wonderful memories. Finley is so excited to go to daycare in the morning! We both love Dogtopia!!
I appreciate Dogtopia working with us to have Archie attend daycare on a Saturday. The employees were very welcoming to us, were aware that we were from out of town, and were very welcoming to Archie when we arrived. He clearly had a good time and napped several hours after we picked him up. Thanks again!
There is NO other Dog Day Care that I would have our dog attend. Dogtopia employees and management is like family to us, the love and care they give to our dog is simply outstanding. The cleanliness of the facility, care for pets, spa, and daily activities Dogtopia offers is unmatched in the industry. Whenever we mention it's time to go to Day-Care, our dog's tail wags with excitement.

I wish instead of monthly memberships it was a punchcard you can use whenever. I also wish there was an outdoor space for them to play in.

Friendly staff, clean facilities & convenient location
Everyone is so professional but caring to the dogs. My Lola just loves going there. She does doggie daycare and gets a bath/nails done once a month. It is not only convenient but I feel completely at ease with my couch hippo being there in such good hands.
