You have wonderful events and special activities but there is not much interaction between the care giver s and the dogs throughout the day during play time
Their system for requesting daycare days is so easy! and normally i don't have trouble getting my dog in! My dog comes back from daycare happy and tired from all the playtime! they also have fun little events throughout the month like birthday parties and treat days and my girlie always loves the extra treats. would highly recommend bringing your dog here!

The price is a little expensive. I have been charged incorrectly twice now. I received credit towards a future use but would’ve preferred a refund. I don’t believe refunds are allowed?

Each an every aspect of their services is above and beyond. The coaches interact and love on my dog as well as encourage him. Harley has gone to Dogtopia for 2 1/2 years and is so excited to go play with his friends each day. He literally lies by my front door and pouts on the days he can’t attend.

I can’t say enough great things. You treat dogs and dog parents so well. I feel so comfortable leaving my dog in your care. Staff are professional and friendly. I appreciate the ease of scheduling, spa services, fun events, web cam.
Since I have to be at work by 7:00, I love being able to drop off my furbaby at 6:30 and having some extra time after work if needed before I have to pick her up. The staff really seems to love the dogs and I really like all the "special" days they do throughout the month.
Reba is always so happy to be there with the staff and the other pups! She literally jumps with joy when she walks in the door!
Convenient. Play time and nap time. The workers know my babies' names when we walk in. Love the webcams - sometimes I watch even when my babies aren't there cause its so therapeutic.

The team are very kind and thoughtful during puppy first meet and greet anlong with first day drop off for daycare.
The girls are very friendly and they treat the dogs with tender loving care. They are very easy to work with and accommodating to your needs.
Dogtopia NW staff takes such good care of my Jack. For this reason, I always recommend Dogtopia NW to family, friends and neighbors for their fur babies. It’s clear that the staff love dogs and as soon as I say to Jack let’s go to daycare, I can’t move fast enough for him! I love the activities they have for our dogs, the treats and the special activities. The spa services are a plus when Jack needs a bath!
The hours are convenient. I can drop my pup off before work and pick her up on my way home. She's only spent one full day so far, but seems to have a good time. Everyone I've dealt with has been super nice!
Love the web cam so we can see our dog. She gets really good care. Every one of the folks who work there are the best. You feel like you are walking into a good friends home.

I have consistently been impressed with the level of dedication, attention and love that the staff exhibits towards my Zoey. She is always excited to go in and at times doesn't want to leave which tells me she really enjoys her time there. I am glad to have dogtopia around the corner and am even more fortunate that the staff is so AMAZING!
