My dog, Hank absolutely loves it! And the people there are so friendly and welcoming!
My dog,Luna, was socially awkward and hadn’t been around other people or dogs. The staff there worked with her for just a couple of visits and now she cannot wait to go every time!!! I love the fact that there are cameras and I can watch her all day! This place is fantastic!!!10/10
Kind caretakers
The staff is very kind and caring. They always welcome my dog by name even though she may not have been there for a few months. My dog is very scared and timid and they make her feel very welcomed!
I absolutely love Dogtopia and the Fredericksburg Staff! I am always greeted with a smile followed by a how was your day! So glad I found a doggy daycare that I love and can trust my fur-baby with!

I like that the handlers are engaged with the pups and they are excited to see the dogs when they come in. Feed back from my pups day is essential for me, knowing my pups are really taken care of

i think the staff is lovely and all the fun pictures and activities you do is also very cute. I also love that my dog doesn't seem to smell bad when he leaves there! The only thing i would improve is the fact that the pups are just in this sad looking room walking around, seemingly doing nothing. Also the nap time is weird and i don't like that the cameras are off during that time. Who knows what could be going on? Not that i think anything would be, but ya know?
Also, i love all the pictures and posts on Insta, but please include all your pups, even the ones that only come once a week. My dogs birthday was missed in the March birthdays post, and i have never seen a picture of him..

I am super picky about how my dog is taken care of. They do a great job at the Garden City location. They know my dog by name and she always has such a good time that the word “daycare” in our house is super exciting. The floors are also a huge help for my dog as she is a Rottweiler and already prone to hip problems. She gets too sore at other daycares. The staff is also attentive to her needs throughout the day and when we board her.

You screen the dogs very carefully in the meet n greet plus keep track of their vaccinations.
My dog loves to go and play. I feel like she gets attention and care from the employees, she comes home worn out and always excited to return.

The staff are amazing
There are newer people now.
But the employees know my dogs name. The events they do with the dogs were more in depth when I first started bringing him.
They are friendly. Care about the dogs and how they are doing. Including pet parents.
Their environment seems better than camp bow wow and petsmart. Who are more aggressive with animals in their care.
Now they are a bit messy with the pictures kinda just looks like they try to put the dog in scene don't really care if they are looking or not. Which sucks for being charged for a digital pic.
I do understand how busy and all the changes once they announced Alyssa was leaving. Then I saw almost the entire staff has also changed.
Sometimes I wonder if the mop is really clean in the play room. My dog has been coming home smelling like urine these past few months also.
The staff was very friendly and very interactive with the dogs. Also, the facility is clean and well kept.

Remember to do the exit bath, upon pickup, as I requested after my dog was kenneled. It was highly inconvenient for me to scramble, at the last minute to do a self wash, and get back to the house in time to head back to work!
