I am highly satisfied with the service provided by Dogtopia. Their team exhibits a great deal of professionalism and friendliness and is able to communicate effectively in Spanish. I express my gratitude for the care and attention given to our pets to ensure they are not only comfortable but also have opportunities to socialize with other dogs. It is imperative for our pets to have social interaction with their peers to communicate and express themselves. I am thankful for their outstanding work and sending them my best wishes. Dogs are being put in kennels constantly. I would bring my dog and plan to pick her up at specific times to avoid the kennels- and she was still in a kennels within 15 minutes of arriving. The trainers take 'breaks' and put the dogs in kennels too much- let the front desk personnel watch the room for 15 minutes. I'm betting that the owner doesn't realize how often the dogs are put in kennels- I know the pet owners don't.

Need more competent staff at Sandy springs location! I’m tired of random charges to my account that are unauthorized and the lack of consistent friendly customer service.
Pricing is good and the front desk staff are wonderful but I've noticed that the attendant in my dog's room can be sort of rough with him sometimes.

The team at Dogtopia is absolutely and they care so much for each dog they watch. Our pup Leo absolutely loved his time there so much we are sending him to daycare twice a week.
My baby gets so excited going there & that is a sign for me that he enjoys his time there
The handlers were all extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. My pups always seemed to be wagging their tails and learning to be dogs. I was happy to watch them

My pittie loves to go here. Everyday he goes he comes back home exhausted and tired out. I love he gets all his puppy energy out here. They report any minor scratch or incident which makes me feel they are watchful and care about my dog. Staff is wonderful and friendly. I honestly wish I could afford to being all my dogs here just a nice way to tire your baby out and scheduling is flexible. Your dog would love it here
Staff is courteous and always helpful. They should package and sell their customer service, it’s that awesome. My puppy can’t wait to go and I have to drag him out he is that happy to be there.
It’s a one stop shop! Daycare, boarding, grooming, and training. We use all of their services and I will have to say our dog (Kane) is completely spoiled. The staff are so personable and caring.
I found Dogtopia of Union highly disorganized. I will not be returning because I don't trust my dog with a business so disorganized. I made an initial appointment for grooming, and in the subsequent days I received numerous calls "following up" about services I did not express any interest in.
I arrived on the day of the grooming, and the front desk told me they did not have my reservation. They nonetheless took my dog and told me it would take about two hours. I called in two hours, they put me on hold and then hung up. I called back, they put me on hold for 10 minutes. Then I received emails about services I did not order.
All in all a very disappointing experience.
