Ensure that the chaperones assigned to the city, the beach and the park actually relate to the dogs rather than just wandering aimlessly about. Our dog craves petting and some kind of friendly interaction. I watch the webcam and can safely say he doesn’t get it.
I also miss having outdoor playtime for the dogs. We came from Pet Paradise which offered an outdoor playground with an array of toys, endless games of fetch with the staff, and a swimming pool.
My dog came back from playcare pretty stressed. I did check in on her a few times via the webcams and she appeared to be pestered by a few dogs pretty relentlessly. While it could be also a combination of my dog's personality type, Dogtopia's play areas just generally seem very confined and overcrowded and it appears sort of impossible for the one person in the room cleaning up pee/poo to redirect/intervene. So, I guess suggestion is a combination of less overcrowding and one more person in the rooms? Everyone's very nice, of course, so no issues there...

Becky is a amazing person she really loves the dogs she grooming. She is at the Applewood Dogtopia.
More flexible payment plans. The “use it or lose it” plans are inconvenient when unexpected changes happen with my schedule during the week and days I’ve paid for go to waste. It would be great to have the option to roll over a day to the following week when these things happen.

I understand the logic behind why the staff don’t cuddle with the dogs, but I know it’s hard on my dog who is so used to constant human physical connection and affection. It does make me wonder if she might do better staying at someone’s house who’s gonna be with her And snuggle most of the day.
Core group of employees who seem to know all of the dogs/their personalities so that they can engage them and keep them safe.
It’s too much of a hassle now to complete a form 14days in advance if I cannot bring my pup in. Emergencies happen and I can’t plan them ahead of time but losing money because of that is just insane to me. I loved this daycare but it’s slowly giving me more of a headache.

Everything. I have been a customer of Dogtopia in Pewaukee, WI since they opened. Management and the team take great care of my best 4 legged friend. The staff is very friendly and they love my dog.
The property is very clean. Grooming services for my dog are great.
I was very excited to start bringing my pup here. The meet and greet went well. Dropped the pup off on Monday, seemed fine… when I picked her up it was a terrible experience. The office smelled so bad of urine I could barely stand in the lobby. Then I get my dog her paws and snout are wet, smell of urine. The car and my home smelled so bad of urine after bringing her home. I had to bathe her, her bed and spray down my car. I have never had an experience like before. It’s really unfortunate, we won’t be coming back.
The new staff is fantastic from Manager and assistant manager down to the coaches are fantastic. I could not ask for more from them.
My only issue is the lack of staff person on site overnight for boarding.
The events are super fun for my pup! He is still new and hesitant but is opening up more.
All the various themes and activities and the convenience of Pawsh right onsite.
The staff are always lovely to work with and they know me and my dog very well. My dog is always excited to hear she's going for a visit.
