Super friendly and helpful staff. I love that you actually answer your phone The facility is always clean. My pup comes home clean, tired and happy. Great place !
Everything. I love the convenience of the spa and grooming services and all the fun activities and treats sprinkled throughout the week. I know my pups are loved and entertained.
You didn't disappoint me...there are a couple things though
I don't like that the dogs go to the bathroom on the floor
I dont like that my dog is inside all day
I'd like feedback on my dog. Was she social, did she play, etc.

On Saturday, I brought Buster to enjoy a day of play. It was not our first time bringing him here. Within the hour of him being there, Buster was being thrusted by another dog for many seconds. I immediately tried calling..no answer. As I continued to watch the live stream again. He again was being thrusted by the same dog again. (For way to long). I tried calling a second time, no answer.
I had to explain to my child what he was seeing.
Later on my husband came home and excitedly said to my son “let’s see what Buster is up to”. As they began watching AGAIN Buster was being thrusted by yet another dog. It was disgusting.
I immediately called back, got the answering veteran which then transferred me to the center. Spoke to a manger. Buster was picked up.
I was quite hesitant at first to drop my Mable off at a place where she was unfamiliar. She came from a breeder, but when we brought her home she barked at other dogs. It concerned me. So when we went to dogtopia, they took her in a room and was very patient in bringing in other dogs to see if she was a good fit. Well, she was..... she looks forward to going there with her little school bag with her treat for her rest time. The staff is most friendly, and they are a perfect fit for their jobs... Great Job you guys.... you are the best...

We preferred doing half days with our dog twice a week, versus choosing a full day once week. Paying $39.00 once a week has become a costly expense. As of now we plan on cancelling our membership in July. We love the facility and staff but we're on a tight budget right now. We may re-join down the road.
The staff are so friendly and loving to my Millie! She is always excited to go and play and I never worry about her when I drop her off for daycare or boarding. I would highly recommend Dogtopia Waco!

Everything, the staff are amazing and we know Rebel & Ranger are in great hands when they are their. We love being able to check on them and see how much fun they are having with their friends. The activities calendar is a fun option. It is a huge piece of mind knowing we can leave on vacation and they will be taken care of with such quality and love. Thank you, Scot & Name removed Huber

My dog is always very happy to spend a day at Dogtopia. There is always one or more people that supervise the play so that it doesn’t get out of hand.
Everyone is so friendly and genuine. They are all dog people-the best people. Sonny is always so excited to go to daycare and I know it’s because they make it the best possible experience.

The staff here care about your fur baby! They are attentive and professional. Our pup absolutely loves coming here for day care and always comes home happy and exhausted. Their spa services are also very good.

First, the love from care providers, time and location, availability, and the activities provided for Kona's entertainment.
The staff loves the dogs. The dogs are controlled. The staff keeps the room clean, the video is great,brightens my day. The hours and price are good. The drop off and pick up is easy.
Friendly staff, clean facility, and my pup is always excited about going to day camp.
I love how much the staff members love my dog and enjoy her. I love that my dog gets so much love and fun with her pals when she’s there!

Love the fact that there are different rooms for small dogs, “rowdy” pups, mature dogs ,
Etc. I also appreciate that there are several “coaches” in each room monitoring play, cleaning up messes, and supervising the pups. Your entire staff is friendly, courteous, caring and attentive. Communication between staff and “clients” is great, and I always feel comfortable and confident about my dog boarding or going to day care at Denver Tech Dogtopia.
I like the fact i can watch my dog on video. They keep the rooms clean.
And keep an eye on the animals
1) The people obviously love dogs and I feel confident my dog is happy there. 2) Convenient to have drive-up service and grooming.
