The staff is very friendly, and seems to really enjoy the dogs.
Our 3 year old cattle dog has been attending Dogtopia for 2 years. The coaches are caring and do a good job of understanding each dog’s personality. We appreciate all of the staff and their seemingly endless positive attitudes and patience! I have recommended Dogtopia of Oro Valley to many of our doggie friends, and will continue to do so. Convenient location, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The processes for introducing a new dog to the group are well thought out. We loved the report cards!

Dogtopia did a very good job of caring for my 14 year old yorkie while we were out of town. They gave her extra attention when she didn’t want to mingle with the other dogs. She seemed to enjoy the extra attention and had no problems when she returned home. Thank you Dogtopia !! We will continue to use your boarding services and recommend you to our friends!

Our dog is happy!
The camera in the toy box room is the only room that is placed in a bad spot. I can never see my dog because he’s out of view. When they tell me they will send photos they never come through. And the nap time 12-2 really is like 11:30-2:30. I understand you have a lot of dogs to manage, but I do not understand why they are in the kennels longer than we were told.
My Cairn terrier had a fun day at this puppy daycare.
Do more group “games” with the dogs. Sometimes I’ll watch the camera feed and the person working in the room doesn’t interact with the dogs at all, but I understand they can get busy cleaning the messes.
Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. They learn everyone by name and which dog is ours so they are already calling back to bring our pup up as we are walking in the door.
My dog is so excited to see the staff when they come to get her and they respond in kind.
I love that you can watch on the webcam and see how your pup is playing/interacting. The staff in the playrooms are attentive and really work hard to keep things moving along. Also, very quick to clean up pup messes.
I LOVE that they ask your dog to sit at the door before bringing them out.

Everyone is SO friendly and my dog, Ginger, loved being there! She made lots of pup pals and really enjoyed all the love and attention.
Ease of scheduling, drop off and pick up, the friendly staff, and my dog loves go there and play with his friends!

Confused about boarding requirements- tried to book but was denied because said I needed to do an assessment with other dogs but we did that- grooming has been great however
