Thad was outstanding as a representative. He was clear, concise and able to explain what happened and what would happen. ServiceMaster was very clear on the time it would take, the actions it would perform and the outcomes to be expected. We were very pleased. There is no question that when your house has a broken pipe and floods, the world looks different and the feelings are strained. Your work performed was excellent!

The every day visits to check on the progress. Also the way the technician talked with us during the drying period to discuss the progress and ways of speeding up the drying process.
Casey was very conscientious. He also pointed out things to the insurance adjuster that would require more effort in t he repair job. Daryl was also on t op of everything. They were at my house within a few hours after the accident.
