All needed services, including assessment and evaluation was done same day. The staff were personable and explained each step of the process. The water damaged baseboard, and carpet padding was bagged and removed. All equipment was setup quickly and left overnight, drying carpet successfully. Job was completed within 24 hours so I would use Service Master again.
