I have had a wonderful experience with ServiceMaster. They have been very professional and done an exceptional job. My basement flooded and they helped me restore the basement under very difficult circumstances. Sam has supervised this job and been involved at every step, going out of his way to make sure everything is done correctly. I would definitely recommend ServiceMaster.

My experience with service master restore was unbelievable. I gave them a 5 star but if I could I would have given them more. I had mold in my apartment and my landlord wouldn't do anything to help me. so I called Lisa for an estimate just to clean the mold off of my desk and my belongings. I was very happy to hear the price that Lisa quoted so we made arrangements right away to get it done within a couple of days of speaking. I was not able to reside in my apartment for 4 months and Wanted to be home for Christmas. While the cleaners were cleaning, Lisa and Christine showed up and asked their crew to do whatever It takes to get this lady into her home for Christmas. There are still good people out there and service mastery restore is one of them. I don't know how I would ever repay them for what they did for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart you guys are amazing.

Very quick response to a flooding. Project manager assessment was professional with explanation of current & potential issues. Clean up began immediately by the manager himself prior to the arrival of his team. Carpeting removed, walls assessed, flooring and walls checked for asbestos issues and dryers and dehumidifiers deployed. Attention to husband’s chairlift egress access to the basement addressed when the next “demo team” came to remove damaged walls under stairway. Pleasant, efficient and professional group.
