This is our first experience with dealing with a broken pipe in our home. I called my insurance company and explained the situation. My insurance company placed a call to Servicemaster. Within 45 minutes I received a call from Servicemaster saying they would have a technician there within a hour. I cleaned up the water in the bathroom and they took care of the rest. Pulling carpet, baseboards removing tact strip. Then set up the fans and dehumidifiers. They truly know what they are doing, so much as Im going to have them do the restoration.

We appreciate your quick response to the damage done to our home from the roof leak. The workers were polite, professional, very efficient with the repairs they did and answered all of our questions. We are so very grateful. Have already recommended your business to someone else in need.
