Service was very prompt and professional. They showed me how to keep the basement dry, and avoid leaks in the future. Rolled up and carted away the wet carpet and padding. They also left the fans and dehumidifier running for almost 10 days to make sure all moisture was gone, and sprayed with anti-bacterial to eliminate and prevent any mold issues. Excellent service.
Everyone I had to communicate with weather it be in person or on the phone were all so pleasant and helpful. Friendly respectful people I didn't feel I needed to hover over in my home. I trusted them in my home and felt confident they knew what I needed.
Every step of the process was smooth. Matt explained everything very clearly from the beginning, and was present for every part of the project. I felt very confident that he and his team did a great job. The two men who did the remediation work, Matt and Cordell, were total professionals and very pleasant to interact with. As a team, they fixed our issue efficiently and coordinated effectively with our insurance. The whole thing was pretty painless. I would definitely work with them again should any future problems arise (although I hope they don't!) and definitely recommend them to others.

We came home from being away from Christmas to basement flood damage. Heather and her crew did a great job in a very stressful time for us. They were efficient, respected the upstairs space they had to travel through, and even gave a few suggestions that helped us communicate with our insurance company.
Carlos and his team did a very good evaluation as they dug into the damage from the water. Kept me updated with clear explanations of what was found as major things occurred. Sealed off the kitchen & family room from the rest of the house with a zippered poly temperature door, keeping it safe for my tenants.
I would highly recommend ServiceMaster for any water damage eval & demo. I'm also considering having ServiceMaster do the restoration phase of this project too.

They came when they said they were going to. The technicians were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. They worked efficiently and were in and out in a timely fashion. I was very happy with their service and work.

The ServiceMaster team was well managed , disciplined and as a consequence they were prompt to respond , displayed good knowledge about how to deal with the damaged areas and the manager was able to clearly explain options and best avenues of rehabilitation.
This was followed by a well thought out scope of work for the rehabilitation , a realistic execution plan , and a work schedule and detailed cost estimate that was reviewed by, and bought into ,
by the insurance company and myself.
The work was was subsequently executed in a timely manner per plan and schedule. The work was of very good quality and clean-up was thorough after each work day.
I can say I was very impressed as a person who had spent much of his career in the International EPC business.

I have had a wonderful experience with ServiceMaster. They have been very professional and done an exceptional job. My basement flooded and they helped me restore the basement under very difficult circumstances. Sam has supervised this job and been involved at every step, going out of his way to make sure everything is done correctly. I would definitely recommend ServiceMaster.

My experience with service master restore was unbelievable. I gave them a 5 star but if I could I would have given them more. I had mold in my apartment and my landlord wouldn't do anything to help me. so I called Lisa for an estimate just to clean the mold off of my desk and my belongings. I was very happy to hear the price that Lisa quoted so we made arrangements right away to get it done within a couple of days of speaking. I was not able to reside in my apartment for 4 months and Wanted to be home for Christmas. While the cleaners were cleaning, Lisa and Christine showed up and asked their crew to do whatever It takes to get this lady into her home for Christmas. There are still good people out there and service mastery restore is one of them. I don't know how I would ever repay them for what they did for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart you guys are amazing.
