We are happy with the restoration services. The actually invoice comes under the estimate. The technicians always showed up within the appointment timeframe, provide text message when they were leaving the company and also when they arrived. All the technicians we dealt with were very polite. The water mitigation were done well.
I think your inspectors are very good at what do. They found no water damage present in the area of my home inspected. I am very happy with that report.

Everybody who who came cared about the job, went above and beyond, and did it right. They all made it so much less stressful for me. I'm thankful.
Unfortunately, this was the 2nd time in less than a month that we required water remediation First a burst expansion tank; 2nd the sump pump outflow pipe in the ceiling burst. Our first remediation was done by a different ServiceMaster company. the work was sloppily done and disorganized. Fortunately, we got connected to ServiceMaster of Kensington for the 2nd remediation. The service we received from each company was night and day.
The SoK remediation team came quickly. They worked efficiently for several hours until clean-up/demo was complete. They documented the number of fans and heaters left at our home. A supervisor followed up with a visit the next day to check that the work was done correctly and to answer any questions we had. We were given a time frame for completion and receipts were provided for every step of the process.
The ServiceMaster of Kensington remediation team was far superior. We didn't have them for the first job, but, if necessary, we'll definitely have them for any future jobs.
Very friendly employees and do a great job. They redid our whole basement due to a flood and it looks amazing. I highly recommend them with the great experience we had with them.

The two guys came quickly. I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. They explained what they were doing and why and their demeanor helped to calm my nerves dealing with a backed up sewer.
They took care with their equipment keeping carpet clean, etc.
