The project manager and labourers were easy to communicate with and discussed the process from start to finish thoroughly many times. They were patient and kind. Very helpful and reassuring with questions and concerns. Well educated on mould and worries about water damage, did a good job clearing the most difficult spaces in our home (storage room and laundry room/ kitchen) and boxed and moved everything efficiently and carefully.
I can’t say enough about the excellent service provided before and after our floor was replaced. Everything was packed and furniture was moved and stored very carefully.
Before moving back, the floors and house were thoroughly cleaned, even walls were cleaned to rid the house of construction dust.
All contents and furniture was cleaned during move back, including the perfect placement of china cabinet items.
Special attention was taken to protect new wood floor while moving furniture and boxes.
All employees were very friendly and helpful, so conscientious throughout the process, making our disruption much less stressful. I highly recommend this company and have already shared with all our friends.

They arrived quickly after the leak was reported to AAA. They sent people out on a regular basis to complete work as needed, and they communicated with us regularly. Their employees showed up at the scheduled times, so there were no issues with us not being at home.
JJ and I believe, Josh (?) were knowledgeable, very courteous and easy to talk with. The best part was they cleaned up their mess and my mess from the water leak and hauled off some flooring.

If disaster strikes you need Service Master! They handled everything after my house fire. They mapped out my home insuring that every unique detail was recorded, from the coving of my floors to the coving of my ceilings, and everything in between. They arranged for the removal of the environmentally hazardous materials. They took care of it from the demolition to the reconstruction. They worked closely with me ensuring that every detail was to my liking. I didn't have to worry about anything. I didn't have to hire separate contractors for each step of the job, construction, plumbing, flooring, tile, cabinets, paint. They did everything from top to bottom, inside and out. And the staff is so friendly, they genuinely care. You're not just another job to them, they feel like family. And if you're really lucky Tony will get you started, and Donald will get you finished. These two men are outstanding in customer service, as well as each person I've had the pleasure of working with. Like I said if disaster strikes you want Service Master!

Everyone involved was extremely professional and caring regarding my situation. They worked diligently to save my hardwoods from the water damage and seemed to do a fine job of it! Fingers crossed, I will be able to have my hardwoods sanded and refinished instead of replaced due to the quick work and techniques employed by Service Master.
I would highly recommend them to anyone needing flood remediation!
