Great customer service
The customer service is excellent! The products are what the current competition and regular runners are using to see results. I trust the advice and the stores products to help me achieve my goals in any race or just a simple PR.

The personal attention and service given to each customer was very impressive. You carry and sell high quality products.
The customer service was top notch and my saleswoman, Elizabeth, was focused on making sure that I ended up with a pair of shoes that would be perfect for my running needs. She scanned my feet, explained the analysis of the scan, and recommended a few brands that I've never tried before. Even though I took 20-30 minutes to make a purchase she was very patient, social, and an overall wonderful person to interact with. This was my first trip here but I can assure you that it won't be my last. If you're in the Lafayette area and shopping for shoes I would recommend this place as your first stopping point. A heartwarming meet and greet at the store entrance makes for a runner with happy feet.

Customized
Frugal mom with high arches translates to not replacing shoes as often. The sales team has never made me feel ashamed even though we all know my shoes are well past the point of needing to be replaced. They always check for changes in my foot length, width, changes in arches. They always check my walking strikes and then offer no less than three suggested shoes that will work best. It’s not about buying the latest trend or the most expensive but fitting me for the right shoe for my foot. Jazz was super helpful and patient as we went through different shoes and my four year old twirled, and took walks with me.
Pam did an unscheduled sports bra fitting. They pulled her off lunch but she never rushed me. She took measurements and we went through different fittings until we had nailed the right size. Couldn’t be more pleased with my purchases. Never felt pressure. Always felt valued.

The staff was on point and pleasant. Loved the foot scan they have as well as the products. Learned a lot and will be shopping there again. As a first time runner believe me you need to have proper foot wear. They are very informative. Take care of your feet!!!
I was very impressed with the time the two associates took to help me. They kept trying different sneakers until we found just the right one. I am so pleased. They answered my many questions and were just so nice.
