I like that the Fleet Feet staff was knowledgable, made me feel comfortable and listened well to my needs. I like the technology component of fitting my feet coupled with the staff expertise. I appreciated that once my fit was determined, I was given several options to choose from and my size was in stock. I never felt pressured to purchase or rushed to decide. The staff are very knowledgeable and personable. I had a terrific shopping experience, complete with help entertaining my 1 year old while I got full service trying out and comparing new shoes! I love coming into the store and wouldn’t buy running shoes anywhere else!

You carry size 14 D in Brooks Glycerin shoes. I called ahead and the clerk had them waiting for me with the orthotic insert I requested trimmed to size. Good service though the price is high.
