Best athletic footwear store in Fort Myers!
Janene and Brian go to great lengths to finish 1st in running the best footwear store in the area. Their entire team is well-trained and educated to provide the highest knowledge and service to their customers.
Their high-tech 3D foot scanner did an excellent analysis of weight distribution, assessment of the contouring of arches, foot length, and width for advanced fitting and support needs in my next pair of shoes.
Their assessment included attention to any past injuries or foot related conditions that may need to be considered.
They have great quality orthotic inserts, performance athletic socks, self-rehab muscle devices for stretching and recovery as well.
You won't be disappointed shopping at this store.

Knowledgeable staff and good selection.
Attentive sales people
I like that feet were measured. Sales clerks were awesome. However, there were only 2 pair of shoes available in my size in the shoe types recommended by my orthopedist and because of my own time restrictions, I had to choose one of those. I think a solution would be just to increase the inventory. Otherwise, absolutely a great business and I would recommend.

The personal help and expertise of the owner and staff
I like the fact that all the salespeople in the store are knowledgeable about fitting shoes to your feet. They don’t push one certain shoe, nmbut allow you to try on and walk around and make your own choices. Everyone is helpful and friendly.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of trail running shoes as that is what we were looking for.
Variety of Hoka’s / David salesperson very interested in serving the customers- both my lady friend and I bought a pair with orthotics
The staff is very knowledgeable. Twice I’ve purchased Hokas from other stores and they just don’t hold up. Doesn’t make sense but it has happened.
I appreciate the time the staff took with me to find the right shoe. I drove 1-1/2 hr to get to a store and it was, by far, a worthwhile trip!

In reviewing your on-line purchases, it appears that you used loyalty rewards in making many of those purchases. When a customer has spent $150.00 pre-tax dollars, a loyalty reward is applied to their account and remains on the account for six months. Loyalty rewards are absolutely available for use in store as well as on-line. At the time of your purchase on 6/9/23, you did not have a loyalty reward on your account. However, that purchase did earn you a reward and it is available for use on a future purchase. The Fleet Feet Loyalty Program is a great benefit of a 10% giveback to all our customers. There are so many deserving groups and we believe this is the most equitable way of showing our customers how much we value them!

I have neuropathy in my feet & the shoes I purchased make my feet feel almost happy again ! My feet will never be alright or pain free but the running shoes from Fleet Feet help tremendously ! The customer service is incredible ! Very friendly & they put the shoes on my feet the way shoe stores used to do before stores just put the boxes of shoes out & the customer had to get their own ! I'm very pleased with Fleet Feet in every way !
