I loved having my feet actually scanned… the results made my shoe size different than ever before and it was interesting to see the actual composition of my foot! The service was fantastic. While I don’t remember the associates name, he was a young student who just transferred to Kent State and he was so kind, knowledgeable and and helpful!
Fleet Fleet was a great experience. The uniqueness of a sophisticated complimentary foot and gait analysis allows the recommendations to be customized. No other running shoe retailer has anything like this.
The personnel are very well versed in the choices. A full line of top quality manufacturers are in stock. And it is all at very competitive pricing, especially considering the custom fitting and sophistication of the scientific analysis of what is right for the customer.
The location is convenient and the store is beautiful with great gear and accessories available. You can even make an appointment for an even better experience without waiting for service like at so many other athletic footwear retailers.

The obvious draw is your wide selection of shoes. It would be nice to see all the colors available for each shoe — not on the wall, but perhaps posted small and unobtrusively below each shoe.
Was put in wrong size, 1 month later they took shoes back &exchanged for another brand in correct size.

The workers help you look for what you want and need. They also stay with you to try on the shoes and recommend different styles if needed.
The lovely young woman who helped me with my purchase was thorough, kind, and made what is normally a chore a nice part of my day. Her clear expertise based on being a National Champion made me feel more trusting in her advice.
