From the minute I walked in it was a very inviting store. I was greeted right away and got the help I needed finding the right shoes.

Staff is super helpful! Leigh in particular is a delight and really knows how to find the best shoe for me considering I am 50 years old and apparently do not know what size shoe I wear. Service is top notch!

This has been my go to place for running shoes for years. Easy communication. Helpful staff. I'm doing my fist triathlon in a few months and I was able to get help with not only new running shoes, but a wetsuit as well.

The people who work in the store appear to be very knowledgeable about the type of shoes that would be suitable for your activity level, and consider any problems you may have with your feet as they recommend a shoe for you. I don’t feel that they push you into a decision to buy a certain brand. You decide based on your own comfort with the shoes.

Ask me what size I am, don't assume I wear the same size I wore a year ago. Half of my appointment was wasted on shoes that were too big. I let her know I hated the last pair and never wore them. She didn't seem to take what I said into account.

Your sales people take the time to hear what I need, and then work very hard to give me the best possible item to meet that need. They're not in a rush to push something at me and move on to the next customer. That outstanding customer service is why I keep coming back.
