Sara was incredible and informative and knowledgeable. She helped me tremendously find the best shoes for my needs.
Staff at Fleet Feet worked to find the perfect pair of shoes for me. While explaining their processes, I thought a custom fitting might be helpful for my daughter who has been having some mobility problems and I brought her back later that day. Sara was extremely patient with my special needs child and helped us troubleshoot some pain she has been having. I will absolutely be coming back for any future footwear needs!

The worker who was helping was so sweet and did a great job. She assessed my feet and how I walk and was able to give me a recommendation for the type of shoe I need. I had went into the store with an idea of exactly what I wanted, but she informed me that the shoe I wanted would actually hurt my feet. Still she brought out the shoe I wanted along with others she recommended so that I could understand what she was talking about. She was completely right and I was able to walk out of the store with a shoe that I loved.

Great buying experience where the right shoes for your feet and your gait are determined. Once you know your shoes, you can come in and grab a new pair without a new fitting.
