Very professional, & informative
First time using your store and services. My podiatrist recommended you because of issues with my foot. Even though the store was extremely busy, I was welcomed and asked to take a number and an associate would be with me. Michael was the associate who assisted me, he asked what was wrong I explained my issues gave him the sheet from my Dr and he went to work. He explained everything clearly to me and within a matter of minutes had me in the most comfortable show I have ever worn! Thank you for such a pleasant shoe shopping experience.

From the moment I walked in I was assisted personally. It was a very professional environment with nice staff. The lady that assisted me explained everything to me and was glad to answer questions.
Brands/inventory on website does not match in-store. Was informed that no Nike is carried when came looking for show displayed on website. At least some statement should be present that certain brands are not available in store.
Amazing customer service. I loved the thing that analyzed my foot. Shoes were a bit expensive; I found them for less online.

Joelle was fantastic! She took her time with us and explained everything to my 14 year old daughter. She helped her to feel comfortable and pick the best shoe for her first time trying cross country. I would highly recommend everyone to set up an appointment to find the right fit!

You accomodate the unusual. I have one foot a size and a half larger than the other.
You allowed me to get the right size for each foot without buying two pair. I paid 1 1/2 times the cost for a pair.

The foot scan is a great tool and is amazing to add on top of the expertise of the amazing staff. You walk in feel welcomed no matter your level and the staff truly works to help you find your best match of shoe and anything else. Very kind, personable, and knowledgeable. The range of products is great as well.
