Everyone is always so kind and very helpful. Whenever we need a question answered or help with they are always there to help and we appreciate that very much!! It’s always been easy to get a trailer in and out with no problems making appointments are alway been great!! We just love doing Business with them!!

What do you like about our company?

What do I like about the General? Nick Harrington, my service contact guy. Brought in my 5th wheel a few times for minor repairs, one major one recently when all 3 air conditioners quit working all at once, something no one can figure out. Well all I can say is Nick is the guy. On more than one occasion he has gone the extra mile for me, just a pleasure working with him. Especially in this day and age where 'customer service' is usually very poor, not so with Nick. He gets back to you when he says he will, he answers his phone, he follows up with the work being done, he keeps you updated. Thanks Nick.

My husband and I had a great experience with General RV. We were just stopping to look around and potentially thinking of getting into the camping world. While we were looking, Mark U. came up to us and asked if he could help us find anything in particular. I listed the top things I was looking for and before you know it he takes us right to the trailer that we ended up purchasing. Everyone there was helpful and professional. We have already recommended this place to our friends and know they have purchased there as well.

What do you like about our company?

The part I bought at Birch Run turned out to be the incorrect part for my RV's screen door. I ended up returning it to the Wixom store.

The part I needed was out of stock there as well. It was backordered from China and was unlikely to begin stock any time soon. The young lady at the parts counter was nice enough to find the correct part was available on Amazon.com. She gave me the information I needed to find it there and order it.

The salesman, Jesus Ruiz, was excellent! My husband and I told him what we were looking for and he took the time to look up our specifications, didn't waste our time showing us things we weren't interested in. He went above and beyond to get us what we wanted in our camper and we couldn't be happier! Carl Mello was our finance man and he was great! He very personable and straightforward, walked us through the process step by step. Both of these men took their time with us explained everything to us. This is our third camper purchase, but first experience where we felt like we were buying from friends and not just a number to meet a quote. Please let them know how much we appreciated them!
