I was very clear about what I was needing. I was given a quote. It was an urgent situation and I took time off work. When the technician arrived he was scheduled for a cleaning not water extraction. The cleaning was the same amount I was quoted. The extraction was 100.00 more than my quote. I feel this was bait and switch. I want to stress this was not the technician’s fault. He was great. Whoever scheduled my appointment knew full well what they were doing. I have the text where I was told they couldn’t do cleaning until the carpet was dry. He knew full well. Bait and switch. Won’t return and won’t recommend and really I feel you owe me an 80.00 refund. Which is the difference between my quote and what the new amount was that I was charged.
The advertised sales price isn’t realistic as the additional up charges are high. I had to decline spot removal during my service as it would have cost an additional $30 to try and remove a spot the size of a quarter. I declined because my $99 service was had already doubled by adding 2 5x7 area rugs which was pricey. Recommend improving the cost structure for better prices on the add one.

I informed that the carpets in 3 room , hallway and one room that was horrible needed to be cleaned. I was told it would be 289.00 . It was a little over 500.00. Price was way beyond quote.

During our phone conversations our goal is to provide details in regards to how our pricing is structured and how our onsite estimates are assessed and can be updated by your technician. However, estimates for additional treatments can be tricky, since our call representatives are not in the home to assess the problem areas, this makes it difficult to know severity and in some cases what the issues might even be. Because of this, our call representatives are required to disclose that all pricing is subject to our technicians assessment on the day of the cleaning. It is disappointing to hear we have let you down but we appreciate your feedback and will use it to help our team grow.
I think a little explaining of the process you are using, without being asked, is a good thing. Especially, to those of us that don't use these services that much.

It was easy to make the appointment. It was just days after I made the appointment that they came to my house. You didn't have to wait weeks.I liked how they called to let you know when they were coming, The guy introduced himself. His name was Nick. He was very friendly. He put on covers over his shoes when he did the walk through. He did a terrific job cleaning the carpet.

The house smelled worse after the cleaning than it did before. We have had the windows open all weekend trying to air it out. We applied a carpet deodorizer. This improved the odor a little bit there is still a bad smell.

The technician was very professional and detailed. Answered all of our questions about how your cleaning process works. Explained that places in the carpet have high traffic worn spots.

The technician was punctual, knowledgeable and very pleasant. The carpets looked great when they dried, and we always have the protectant applied. Clean carpets are a fantastic way to welcome Fall and Spring.
