How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

there has been a loss of advanced integrated teachers - Shelley Tomczyk subbing this past Monday (Dec. 12th), was a huge step up - she is such a deep level, well studied teacher. Would come back to practice at Semperviva, if there were more teachers like Shelley.

What could we do to improve?

I so enjoyed my free yoga class and look forward to using the 2nd of my free class vouchers. From the start the welcome was informative and attentive. Lovely folk behind the meet and greet desk.
I found the yoga room to be bright and expansive although I found that the noise of the overhead air system (not sure what this was) was loud and not conducive to a relaxed start. I think if I position myself on the opposite side of the room next time this may resolve this situation for me. I wondered if others found this noise intrusive.
The instructor of this session is fantastic. She delivered the session with her calming voice and with wonderful professionalism. The only downside was that it was very hard for the class to hear her voice as I believe the microphone was not being worn close enough to her mouth for it to project her voice. Only when she leaned down in a yoga pose did we hear the effect of the microphone which lead me to believe that this was the case. I thought her co-instructor or helper would have been able to help address this.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Instructors are regularly mediocre. Very boring and redundant. Not inspiring or progressive. Need to attract new instructors. Get stuck in schedule with same instructors which make make me want to go else where. Took a friend and the instructor was so bad I paid my friend back. I know it's difficult to find powerful instructors but please try. Not sure what else to say. The bar is lowered. Perhaps you should address this somehow from both a yogi and business perspective . Good luck ... I really mean that. It has to be hard. But there are great people out there. Just learn to attract them. Namaste!

What do you like about our services?

I just love your classes. My most fav. yoga teacher is Peter, he is outstanding. I love that he does not play music during the class. I want to just listen to the voice. He is gentle, kind and a wonderful yoga instructor. I do go to Ben's class when I can but most often Peter.
How ever I would like ere to be a senior's rate I am 69 now and can not afford to buy a 6 month pass as it is far to much for me. I am only buying a 10 card pass I got birthday money to put towards my 10 card pass. I love yoga and need to keep up yoga to maintain good health and flexibility. The class was very full and we were all very close together. There were a few empty mats and if they had cleared those away it would have felt a bit more spacious. Otherwise I enjoyed the class very much.

How about suggesting a more modest dress code? Some women seem to think they need to do bra yoga and some men, bare chested yoga. Thx

There could've been been a little more space between the yoga pads for people. I found my stuff and other people's stuff was crossing over constantly and the occasional arm was in the way here and there!

Friendly and flexible. Bought a pass for a friend, and you were able to extend it past it's exist date since he wasn't able to use it in time. And love the new mats!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Account billing system is shoddy.

1) My wife gave me 5-lesson gift for Xmas 2015. Your system didn't apply it, rather prioritizing the auto renewal. Eventually, the system expired the gift. In the end my Xmas gift was one $50 yoga lesson.

2) I was scanned twice on Sep 4 2016. I noticed this when I dropped into the studio to review my account, because I just had a gut feeling I should have more lessons. When I pointed it out, the staff member said he'd apply a credit lesson. Over one month later and I don't see any correction. It was later when I figured out how to review my account on line I discovered (1) above, so indeed I should have had more lessons ... many more lessons.

3) The system did not apply a $15 credit on my account to the most recent auto renew. A good account management system should look to the account balance for credits or overdue payments. So I have to cancel my auto renew just to have the credit applied?

The reason I give a 4 is because Nathalie earns the place a 10. In addition, staff are friendly and facilities are comfortable. It earned my trust quickly due to its culture and people. However, this experience broke my trust and it will be a journey to regain it.

I don't have faith that this is a conversation to have with the staff behind the counter, though, as it will concern accounts and systems.

PS - I reviewed my wife's account as well and it seems fine. It seems the system cannot handle complexity of promotions and account credits.
