The massage therapist was great! No issues there. The only problem I had was when I called to make the appointment the receptionist told me the price for the massage was $79, she asked if I had been there before and I said yes, and it had been some time ago. She looked me up and said she needed a credit card on file since the one she had was expired. I gave her the information, I asked again about the price she said 79 for this visit and the next one after that would be $99. Needless to say I was charged the 99, when I questioned it, she said the receptionist was wrong no apologies or anything. I fill they should have honored what I was quoted. I truly like my massage but, I will probably think twice before going there again.

I usually enjoy all of my massages, with some exceptions (due to preference), and the facility is nice. However, my appointments often get cancelled and I would give a higher rating if there was more consistency.

I discovered LaVida when my massage therapist of many years, Carrie, relocated there ten years ago (it seems).
They have traversed some very difficult times with grace and have always provided the absolute best service. Every member of their staff is a joy to work with and they love where and who they work for. There owners/management are terrific business leaders who know how to treat their employees well.
It all rolls down hill, right into a nice deep tissue massage by the best of the best.

Everyone was so nice and welcoming! The entire experience was awesome, it was my first time getting a massage and facial. I’m definitely coming back! Everyone who works there is phenomenal at what they do and they make you feel as comfortable as possible. Love it!
