The massage was excellent but I am still sore 1 week later. The service was excellent too.

I think all of your therapists are really good. I think there are too many male therapists to female therapists. Some people prefer to go to a therapist of their gender. Also there aren't enough early morning/later in the day/evening sessions. It makes it hard for people that are subscribing to your service to book their times, especially when they work a 9:00 to 5:00 job. In addition, it's hard to book 1.5-hour sessions as opposed to a 1-hour session.

We want all of our clients to feel comfortable and totally understand that some clients may have a gender preference when it comes to their massage therapist. Female therapists are high in demand and a lot of our tenured therapists (regardless of gender) tend to be booked out. We are always hiring for therapists as availability for our clients is very important to us. I see that you're booked with Maureen weekly for the next four weeks. Very nice.
Massage was relaxing and helped my stress.

I got no notice this place was shutting down. I have many credits in my account that I now am out and no refund.
As someone who has never had a massage, It was everything I had hoped and then some! My therapist made the atmosphere very calming and helped me to thoroughly relax. Will definitely book a another session!

I love LaVida in Smyrna. Ashley, who works the front desk is so sweet and wonderful. She always greets me and makes sure my massage was perfect. Speaking of wonderful, Liz gives the best massages! I highly recommended scheduling with Liz and getting a membership at LaVida. They have great deals.
