Quality service
Everything was great! The office is always clean, workers are friendly, and the therapist was very knowledgeable and professional!

Rooms need updated and repainted the lobby, and bathrooms looks nicer than the rooms. You walk into the front door it’s pretty more inviting then you go back to get your massage then it’s looks old . Color scheme and decor should be like the lobby. Treat your therapist better with respect and pay them more money . I miss Zac and Shante they really knew their job and explained things if you are a member (which I have been since 2010) things you can get as a-member. Offer more incentives as a member to stay like add oils to your session or something else. I get the impression that money is now more important than your customers or employees.
I have stayed this with Lavida because I love my therapist.
I had a massage on Friday evening and I was very disappointed—had previously use your salon, with satisfactory results. This recent experience was mediocre.

On your first visit Bathshua was your massage therapist, she is amazing, unfortunately not all massage therapist are alike. They all offer different modalities, pressures, and techniques while working on their clients. I would encourage you to rebook with Bathshua in the future. Spencer was great at his craft. Definitely planning on scheduling another massage.
Clean friendly environment. Dislike the broke headrest. My face was touching a metal bar. O had to inform the massage therapist.

Too expensive
We're sorry you are unhappy with the cost. If we could charge less, we would but our staff works extremely hard and deserve a livable wage so our costs reflect that. We are very competitive with other massage franchises though. Thank you for your feedback!

Freindly staff, Massage was wonderful! I liked that the therapist took my concerns seriously and let me know ahead of time what to expect during my appointment.I recommend to friends and family because I feels they provide more of a professional service in every way.

While I enjoy the quality of service the sad fact is that it has been incredibly difficult to get appointments that fit with my schedule. I would have to schedule over a month out and hope that work commitments didn’t force me to have to cancel
Great masseuse, calming atmosphere, easy to get to.
He knows the functional anatomy of the body well and knew how to address my concerns about my body. He talked just the right amount to help me focus on relaxing not hold a conversation.
Brandis was incredible. She released pain and emotion I didn’t even know my body storing. At one point she even brought attention to an area I had forgot I was having trouble with! It’s like she knew my body better then me and that’s really all you can hope for in a professional massage therapist. She made sure I comfortable and felt safe. The entire building was immaculate and the front desk staff are not only welcoming but helpful and educational! Great experience and haven’t stopped recommending since my massage ❤️
